Tenba Solstice Backpack 24L
Author: Maurice Mangiagli
Tenba's new Solstice Backpacks are designed for adventurous photographers, filmmakers, and creatives who are always on the go. It combines aspects of both a standard backpack and a single-strap sling bag to keep your gear accessible at a moment’s notice.
The Tenba Solstice series is available in three different sizes - 12L, 20L and 24L.
Our partners at Tenba Australia supplied us with the larger 24L offering, which is the subject of our review.
The Soltice design offers better security with its rear access opening, all in an incredibly lightweight yet rugged construction. Perfect for use everyday and in all conditions, the bag features a water repellent nylon exterior, with a tuck-away rain cover for more extreme weather. The bag fits one or two dSLR cameras with room for an additional 5 to 7 lenses and small accesories, as well as a laptop or tablet up to 13". While the other two models won’t accommodate the same amount of gear, all three bags have a similar design and list of features.
